Orders ship from China to destinations available at checkout. The estimates below start when you place your order and include order processing. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We will contact you if processing takes longer. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding relevant public holidays.

These estimates assume a tracked standard small-parcel service. Other destinations, remote postcodes, US islands and military addresses may take longer or may not be available at checkout. The final shipping options and charges depend on your delivery address and the selected service. Customs inspections, severe weather and peak periods can also affect transit time.
Tracking and delays
We email tracking details after dispatch. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after carrier handoff. If your order has not shipped within the stated processing time, or its estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and explain the available next steps.
Taxes and duties
Taxes and import charges depend on the destination and shipping method. Please review the amounts and information presented at checkout. If it is unclear whether import charges are included, contact us before placing your order; do not assume they are included.

Please enter your complete shipping address, postal code, phone number and email. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.

Understanding the delivery estimates
The destination estimates above include order processing; do not add the 1–3 business-day processing window to them a second time. We do not promise a separate, fixed transit window for every order. The estimates are consistent with the delivery information linked from our cart and product pages.
